Welcome! My blog is being re-tooled in preparation for the release of my debut novel, Sweet Enemy -- A Veiled Seduction Novel, on February 7, 2012. Sweet Enemy features a Regency-era lady chemist, and the first member of my fictional Minerva Society.
As a reader, I love smart women. Strong, witty, confident, innovative and unconventional heroines who steal the hearts of their heroes just by virtue of their passionate minds and spirits. As a historical romance author, those women are the characters I do my best to create.
Since Minerva was the Roman goddess of wisdom and a symbol of strong, smart women throughout history, I thought it fitting she grace this new blog aimed at celebrating brilliant women, real and fictional. I hope you'll join me.
